July 29, 2015 – Convene, along with over 600 participants, will join the 2015 Texas Healthcare Trustees’ Healthcare Governance Conference from July 30 to August 1.

The organizers prepared beginner and advanced workshops on thought leadership, the roles and responsibilities of healthcare boards, patient safety and governance design for population health management.

Delegates will also have the opportunity to discuss industry issues in an open forum on healthcare governance, as well as learn from a distinguished set of speakers on topics such as accountability in care systems, hospital leasing, the state of rural hospitals, board committee optimization, physician integration and state health policies.
