Convene is a meeting and collaboration solution for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams. It was launched five years ago and has already been recognized by reputable institutions across the globe. Responsibilities
- Report to the regional manager and the head of global customer success
- Manage approximately 100 accounts composed of Tier 1 to 3 accounts and both on cloud and on-premise clients
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with business decision makers and users within each account to influence adoption.
- Partner with customers to identify their business outcomes and deliver activities to address their needs.
- Create and execute renewal, up-sell strategies with retention as focus
- Own individual non-commercial KPI such as case studies, testimonials, and referrals
- Report to managers all activities and key findings (risk & upsell opportunities, odd behaviors, etc.)
- Document information in the team’s CRM
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success and account management
- SaaS background but any IT experience would be great
- Great command of the English language (neutral accent)
