August 1, 2017 – Azeus is awarded Hong Kong Government Standing Offer Agreement for Quality Professional Services 4 (SOA-QPS4).

The agreement is part of the Government’s IT outsourcing strategy aiming to enlarge the delivery capacity for IT services; accelerate the delivery of IT solutions; and create a market of sufficient size to encourage the further development of the IT industry locally. It is the replacement of the Standing Offer Agreement for Quality Professional Services 3 (SOA-QPS3) that expired in July 2017.

Under the SOA-QPS4, 94 standing offer agreements (SOAs) have been awarded to 49 companies, and Azeus is proud to be one of them. The SOAs commenced on 31 July 2017 for a contract period of 48 months.

Azeus is awarded under SOA-QPS4: Category 1 – pre-implementation & independent programme / project management services; Category 2 (Major) – on-going services; and Category 3 (Major) – implementation & combined system development services.
