BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE
I’ve always wanted to work in the tech industry. Azeus being both a tech and a B2B company challenged me to try something I’ve never done before – dealing not only with individual clients, but with big corporations and enterprises as well.
Working in an environment where I get to interact with people globally helped me improve my business and interpersonal skills. I like how I am not limited to being creative with my ideas – my mentors consistently push me to think critically while learning through experience. And finally, I enjoy the fact that there are a lot of self-learning opportunities that make work dynamic, and add value to my experience as a professional.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
It’s cliché but being a management trainee really did help me push my limits. We’re encouraged and constantly given chances to step out of our comfort zones. For example, I’d like to think I write eloquently but my verbal skills are absolute junk so I stay away from verbal interaction, especially with strangers. I get crippling anxiety that I’ll say something stupid and get judged for it. Where do I get assigned? Sales–where the core of the job is to talk to people all day long. I used to dread it, especially since a handful of the people we talk to are topnotch C-suite executives, but now it’s as comfortable as having a chat with an acquaintance over tea and cookies.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
I’d like to think that I’ve become more independent as a person, and that the years as a management trainee have helped me become more comfortable taking on new responsibilities and tasks.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE
The people I’m working with have helped a lot since this is my first job. The team is relatively young and they’ve aided in my transition here in the company and in my work. Though there are a lot of expectations from our heads, the team is open to helping you grow so that you can get on track with the expectations of the company. You also get to meet a lot of different people since we’re working alongside other regions, and receive insights from business leaders such as our directors.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE
Working for an international organization in my entire college life, I have become accustomed to and enjoyed working alongside people from different countries and of different cultures. The international nature of Azeus goes beyond the company having bases and employees in different countries. We really get to work with and learn from people all over the world. Azeus truly powers the expansion of its employees’ worldviews and challenges everyone to keep a global mindset – that is what I love most about working in the company.

HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – SOUTHEAST ASIA
Being an MT of Convene taught me to be more assertive towards my own growth, not limiting myself to only a certain set of skills.

HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – NORTH AMERICA AND THE CARRIBEAN
Graduating with a BSBA degree, it felt like everyone expected us to be working in FMCG companies as soon as we finish college. When Azeus called me up for an interview, I thought it would be a unique and great experience to work in the IT industry especially in these modern times. It definitely helped that some of my batchmates were already working here, too!

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – MIDDLE EAST
Being a management trainee of Azeus truly expanded my thinking. We have the opportunity to regularly meet with some truly intelligent business leaders- in our CEO Mr. Lee and our Director Michael Yap, and get exposed to the way they do strategy.
Doing what I do is teaching me to think clearly and find solutions in the thick of real life complex business situations, where I must navigate through several considerations.
