Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and execute product content strategies and plans for every release of new products or features to empower customers and increase product adoption
- Help build the infrastructure across teams to ensure that the content strategy is executed, measured, optimized, and maintained
- Conduct market research to understand customer journey and work with writers and designers (in-house, outsourced) in crafting content plans.
- Utilize various marketing channels/platforms – i.e. website, social media, video, brochures, etc. – and help determine what content and/or collaterals to produce to push the sales of the product
- Define the tone and messaging of product content based on the brand, audience, and channel/s to be used; ensuring as well that these follow proper grammar, punctuation, and appropriate writing styles for different markets globally
- Maintain a calendar to efficiently track the release of each collateral and to ensure that content-related deadlines are being strictly met
- Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency of product content and messaging across all points
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in any field
- With at least 2years of relevant work experience in advertising, copywriting, branding and/or communications
- Knowledge in creating and producing content for print and/or video media is a plus
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and its Google alternatives
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player, but can also work independently with minimal supervision
