The Global Delivery Model (GDM) has been running successfully in Azeus for over 10 years. Our offshore development centers in Manila and Dalian offices are tightly integrated into our software development processes assessed at CMMI Level 5.   Azeus is currently outfitted with a dedicated pool of specialized programming and engineering resources at our offshore development centers in Dalian, China and the Philippines. Under the GDM, the offshore development centers become virtual extensions of the development team, which seamlessly integrates with our onsite consulting team to deliver high quality services and solutions to our clients.

Azeus injects CMMI Level 5 procedures into its GDM. The key factor behind the success of our GDM can be attributed, in a large part, to our strict adherence to standards and methodologies, as well as quality assurance system. In every stage of a project, we have well-defined standards and established methodologies to ensure high standards of our IT solutions. In light of the ever-changing nature of the technologies and business needs and as a CMMI-SW Level 5 certified organization, our methodologies and processes are continuously monitored and optimized.

Azeus employs a comprehensive set of tools and processes to handle delivery of output in a global scale. For example, we have web-based project management tools that track project progress reports, schedules, etc and help project teams communicate effectively. We also have a knowledge management tool to help the offshore and on-site teams share their relevant project or technology-specific information, such as best practices, approaches and lessons learned. Document management tools are also in place so that the virtual project team can efficiently share and control their project document and deliverables.
