Azeus CORE is an extendible, easy-to-use, and dynamic way of capturing, storing, and accessing common corporate procedures, rules, and knowledge databases. It allows each and every Azeus staff to refer to and perform most tasks in a more efficient, effective, and convenient manner. CORE procedures were designed to continually improve corporate systems and procedures, and advertise/communicate to everyone acceptable corporate practices. It also serves as a knowledge base for both technical and non-technical information. Some of these procedures include manual filing systems, contact directory, corporate electronic file systems including file naming conventions, purchasing procedures, etc. Azeus CORE procedures are encoded in HTML and are accessible via the corporate network using Internet browsers.

By having a facility similar to CORE, our BPO team is always guided in how to do tasks through sharing of knowledge and collaboration. Thus, knowledge is always polished and maintained even if there are turnovers or changes of personnel. It also ensures a consistent delivery of services to the client.
